To Build an New IP Protection Center in Shanghai

The People's Procuratorate of Shanghai Pudong New Area and the area's intellectual property office have signed an agreement to build an IP protection center together. With the aim of building a convenient international business environment that is ruled by law, they will improve the coordinated IP protection mechanism by integrating administrative and judicial enforcement and attempt to diverse IP dispute solutions.
