Ministry of Justice Releases the 2nd Batch of Guiding Cases on Notarization

Recently, the Ministry of Justice released the second batch of guiding cases on notarization (No.4-6). The first batch of three such cases in close relation to the public life was released by the Ministry at the end of last year. The No. 6 case is about the notarization of evidence preservation for the market investigation activities on IPR infringement, which introduces the unique functions of notarization in the recognition of IPR ownership and IPR infringement and provides strong basis for the fact finding in the cases of IPR disputes so as to protect the legitimate rights and interests of IPR holders.
