On February 27, the Intellectual Property and Sustainable Development Seminar, co-sponsored by SIPO and WIPO and organized by the Intellectual Property Office of Shaanxi, was held in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. At the seminar, WIPO representatives briefed the audience on WIPO's implementation of the 2030 Agenda and the general information about the WIPO GREEN platform. Other experts and representatives made speeches and carried out in-depth discussions on issues such as the unique role of intellectual property in implementing the 2030 Agenda and pursuing green development, businesses' achievements and their needs of green sustainable technologies in the creation, protection, and utilization of intellectual property.
