Recently, SIPO Deputy Commissioner He Zhimin met with a delegation led by Alejandro Juan Roca Campana, Senior Director of the Access to Information and Knowledge Division, WIPO. The two sides discussed about issues concerning their joint construction of a WIPO Technology and Innovation Support Center (TISC) in China. He Zhimin believed building and promoting TISC in China can bring WIPO's advantages of rich technical data information and excellent international intellectual resources into full play, help Chinese intellectual property users make better use of innovation resources, and thus enhance the overall innovation ability of China. Alejandro Juan Roca Campana said that the TISC program will provide support of IP information analysis and management to innovations and creators of its host country.
