SIPO Commissioner Meets with Kyrgyzpatent Chairman Dosaly Esenaliev

SIPO Commissioner Shen Changyu met with a delegation led by Dosaly Esenaliev, Chairman of the State Service of Intellectual Property and Innovation under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (Kyrgyz patent) On March 14. The two sides exchanged ideas and views on issues such as personnel training, patent examination, data exchange, and automation system. Shen Changyu introduced the latest progress in China's intellectual property and hoped that the two sides would further strengthen their pragmatic cooperation and promote their exchanges in economy, trade, culture, science and technology. Dosaly highly praised SIPO's achievements in recent years and hoped to learn from China's successful experiences and deepen exchanges between the two offices for common development.
