Beijing IP Office worked with Tianjin IP Office and Hebei IP Office to hold a consultation workshop on one typical case about IPR infringement, manufacturing and sales taking place in three areas recently. Through the discussion, the applicable scope, law enforcement process and standards in terms of patent administrative law enforcement cases and joint law enforcement across three areas were further identified, with an aim to improve the administrative efficiency and give a good trial on leveraging the new advantages of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei in coordinated development.
