Recently, the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) organized the Open Day event, where over 300 participants including representatives from innovative enterprises and IPR service sectors, pupils and teachers, volunteers and media reps joined in the activity. The participants visited SIPO exhibition museums, patent exhibition hall and patent reception hall and talked with patent examiners. At the launching ceremony, ten major cases of patent invalidation were released by the Patent Review and Adjudication Board of SIPO. Ten major typical cases of trademark infringement handled in 2017 were released by the Trademark Bureau of SIPO. Actually, the Open Day event of SIPO has been held for thirteen consecutive years and arisen as an important window for public to know more about SIPO and to demonstrate the achievements and confidence of China has achieved in IPR.
