Recently, the Office of Shanghai IPR Joint Conference, the Office of Jiangsu IPR Joint Conference, the Office of Zhejiang Joint Conference on Building a Powerful IPR Province and the Office of Anhui Joint Conference on Building a Powerful IPR Province jointly held a press conference about the IPR integrated development of Yangtze River Delta Area. The Framework Agreement of Cooperation on IPR Integrated Development in Yangtze River Delta Area was signed at the conference to indicate that a layout of “big IPR protection” will be established in Yangtze River Delta, oriented towards judicial protection, and complimented by dispute arbitration and mediation. This will facilitate the development of a layout of IPR service system integration in Yangtze River Delta Area, featuring IPR proxy service, legal service, information service, commercialized service, inquiry service and training services.
