Seminar on Live Right of Sports Events Under the Environment of Internet and New Media Kicks off in Beijing

On May 5, organized by China IP Law Association and co-organized by Beijing Sunshine Intellectual Property and Legal Development Foundation?and IP House, Seminar on Live Right of Sports Events Under the Environment of Internet and New Media was concluded in Beijing and attendees made hot discussion on IP field of live right of sports events. Liu Chuntian, president of China IP Law Association and dean of IP School of Renmin University of China delivered speech in the opening ceremony and introduced that, with the development and progress of era, new problems and challenges have emerged in copyright field, among them, copyright protection problem of live show of sports event is much more complicated. Under the market economy condition, it is necessary and urgent to discuss and study this issue.
