Xiaomi Owns 3,600 Authorized Patents in China and 3,500 Registered Patents Overseas

On May 3, Xiaomi submitted prospectus?to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited?which indicated that, by the end of March 31, Xiaomi has achieved over 3,600 authorized patents approved by SIPO and 10,900 patents applications are in the acceptance process in China. 3,500 patents have been registered in several overseas countries and jurisdictions?(mainly in America, Europe, India, Japan and Russia) and 5,800 patents applications are in the acceptance process. Xiaomi owns 140 software copyrights and 150 other copyrights which have been registered in SIPO and all of them are self-creative copyrights. It has registered 1600 trademarks with different categories in China Trademark Office.
