The meeting on advancing the work on anti-IPR infringement and anti-counterfeiting held in Changsha

On June 29, the Office of Hunan Leading Group on Fight against IPR Infringement and Counterfeiting organized and held the work advancement on fight against IPR infringement and counterfeiting and business training meeting. Nearly 50 participants including the liaison staff from member units of the provincial Leading Group on Fight against IPR Infringement and Counterfeiting and the staff from the offices of leading groups in different cities and prefectures in Hunan. Tan Yongzhong, Deputy Head of Hunan IP Office attended the meeting and delivered remarks.
Three major work items were notified at the meeting, including the establishment and utilization of information platform for the “linkage of administrative law enforcement and criminal justice for fight against IPR infringement and counterfeiting”, information disclosure about administrative punishment cases and information report. Also, the participants were trained concerning two major subjects of interpretation about examination rules for the anti-IPR infringement and anti-counterfeiting work in cities and prefectures of Hunan as well as the management of information platform for the “linkage of administrative law enforcement and criminal justice for fight against IPR infringement and counterfeiting”.
