An international copyright trading center was launched at the Gansu Cultural Assets and Equity Exchange in Lanzhou earlier this month. The new operation is a key step toward the province's goal of building itself into an international IP center on the Silk Road, an ancient trading route that is attracting attention through China's Belt and Road Initiative. The Gansu Cultural Assets International Copyright Center will offer services including identification, assessment, storage, information release, trading and settlement for copyrighted works.
