SIPO releases the Several Opinions on Facilitation of Enterprises' Use of IPR to Survive Financial Crisis, supporting facilitation of enterprises' use of IPRs to survive financial crisis, strengthen IPR management in enterprises and establish specific funds.

The Opinions advises to list IPR evaluation indicator into localities' major projects of industry adjustment and financial crisis remedy, strengthen IPR demonstration of companies, support pilot companies, provide support to key companies, establish follow-up mechanism, guide companies to use self-generated IPRs and brands to curb slid of exported products and promote stability of export-oriented markets.
