Previously, the system's user interface for infringement evidence comparison and judgment document generation has obtained two design patents. It is understood that from its launch in March 2020 to May 2021, the Guangzhou Court of the Internet has concluded more than 30,000 online copyright disputes through this system. The number of cases closed in 2020 has increased by 30% year-on-year, and the average trial period has decreased by 21.4% year-on-year. Through this system, the parties only need to fill in the elements of the litigation request, work type, infringement facts, evidence and other elements in a modular manner, and can easily complete the process of prosecution, proof, defense and other links, and realize the elementary trial of the entire process of online copyright disputes. After the system was launched, the court sorted out and summarized the nature, originality, work ownership, and infringement liability of more than 60,000 online copyright cases that have been tried over the past two years since the founding of the court. A judgment knowledge graph with more than 1,500 elements have been drawn, and used as a data support to build the systematic framework "ZHI system".
