The Intellectual Property International Exchange of Hainan (IPEH) was opened on August 28, 2020. In the past year, the number of intellectual property rights transfer and licensing products such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, and new plant varieties listed on the Hainan Intellectual Property Center has exceeded 180,000 items, with a total amount of more than 3.7 billion yuan, and the amount of completed and intended transactions exceeds ten thousand yuan.

According to reports, Hainan Intellectual Property Center actively participated in the preparations for establishing the IPEH, increasing its efforts to promote the transfer and transformation of intellectual property rights. Hainan Intellectual Property Center innovated intellectual property financial services, improved the intellectual property trading ecosystem, strengthened the technical support system, and achieved remarkable results.
