Internet giants have an 87.33% winning rate on intellectual property judicial litigation in 2020

The Institute of Data Law of China University of Political Science and Law released the "Data Analysis Report on the Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in the Internet Industry".

 

The data results show that since 2017, the average winning rate of intellectual property cases of internet giants has remained above 80%, and it increased to 87.33% in 2020.
