Co-hosted by Internet Society of China, China Intellectual Property Society and Hangzhou Municipal People's Government and guided by the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), National Copyright Administration, the Trademark Office under the National Administration for Industry and Commerce and the Supervision Bureau of Information Network Safety of the Ministry of Public Security, the 1^st China Internet Innovation and Intellectual Property Protection Summit will be conducted on December 18 in Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou City.

The theme of the summit is Innovation, Protection, Development---Challenges and Opportunities Confronted by China’s Internet under Financial Crisis. On the specific day, deputies will attend and addressed the summit from governmental entities, judicial organs, related enterprises and public institutions, research organs, agencies and media home and abroad.
