Representatives from 24 provinces, prefectures and county-level cities' Intellectual Property Offices including Shanghai, Hangzhou and Nanjing, recently signed the "Declaration on Intellectual Property Cooperation in Yangtze River Delta".

"Declaration" points out that, the future cooperation will focus on achieving the co-construction of intellectual property information resources, personnel training, resources sharing and IP services industry; the cooperation will strengthen communication and coordination from the aspect of enterprises' rights maintenance and jointly deal with international intellectual property disputes; and it will jointly promote the building of intellectual property rights trading market in the Yangtze River Delta to achieve and the network running for exhibition and trade activities of patent technology, and gradually form a unified and standard mechanism for patent technology exhibition and trade activities.
