IPR2 will hold its third Project Steering Committee (PSC) meeting together with the Chinese IP-related authorities and agencies partnering with the Project. In addition to the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) - the implementing agency on the Chinese side, this includes the State Administration of Industry and Commerce (SAIC), Ministry of Public Security (MPS), Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ), General Administration of Customs (GACC), National Copyright Administration of China (NCAC), Legislative Affairs Commission (LAC) of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), State Council Legislative Affairs Office (LAO), State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), Supreme People's Court (SPC) and the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP).

IPR2 meets very regularly with its co-operation partners on a bilateral basis throughout the year. The PSC is the forum in which all Beneficiaries will have the opportunity to formally endorse the new Annual Work Plan for the third year of the Project's implementation.

The Project Steering Committee (PSC) is established by the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) and is an integral part of IPR2's management structure. Read more. It is responsible for approving Work Plans supervising the project and providing policy guidance and co-ordination between all institutions and groups involved, so that all efforts undertaken are in line with the general objective of the project. The PSC meets at least once a year and is composed of MOFCOM (Chair), EU Delegation to China, representatives of the Project Beneficiaries.
