Beijing's 19 IP professional service institutions and 18 Intellectual Property Offices in counties and districts and Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone formally signed "Strategic Cooperative Agreement on the Specific Support of IPR in Counties and Districts". It is learnt from the signing ceremony that, the signing of the agreement means the formal start and implementation of "hand in hand plan".

It is introduced that, the "hand in hand plan" is a special plan aiming at supporting regional economic development promoted by Beijing Municipal Intellectual Property Office. The implementation of "hand in hand plan" is helpful for the counties and districts' Intellectual Property Offices to strengthen the scientific plan, reasonable composition and policy direction for regional IP work, and effectively enhance regional IP creation, application, protection and management capacities.
