It is disclosed by Shanghai Municipal Intellectual Property Office that, it will open an IP Service Hotline to provide convenience for enterprises or individuals solving the dispute and question on IPR. Meanwhile, an IP center will be set up in the park of World Expo Shanghai 2010 to accept consultation and solving dispute.

Moreover, Shanghai Municipal Intellectual Property Office will make an IP Guide, which particularly introduces the practicial information about IP transact and dispute settlement and so on to avoid the situation of units or individuals can't find direction when they meet with problems.
