On March 3, National IPR Information Application and Service Work Conference was held in Fujian and Deputy Director of the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) Yang Tiejun attended and delivered the conference.

Yang Tiejun put forward that, in 2010, the following work should be well done. First, enhance construction and build national patent information public service system; second, pay attention to application and serve independent innovation and economic development; third, strengthen instruction and vigorously promote the development of IPR service cause; fourth, cultivate talents and raise the level of IPR information use and service.
