Days ago, the coordination office of Shanghai Expo promulgated "Provisions on Music Copyright Licensing", which define the official exhibitors who use others' music protected by law for performance during the Expo and the performance will not charge audiences with additional fees and the related procedures should accord with the provisions. The Provisions include application objects, permission forms, contents and effectiveness, the general and special procedures of transacting license, charge standard of copyright license, on-site verification and legal liabilities.
