National Workshop on TCM IPR Strategy held

On April 20, National Workshop on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) IPR Strategy was held in Luoyang City, Henan Province, at which experts and scholars in the medicine field expressed their ideas on the enhancement of TCM IPR protection.
TCM is our treasure. In recent years, however, TCM IPR is seriously lost, which threatens the continuous development of TCM industry. As one of national IPR model cities, Luoyang City has been paying attention to TCM IPR protection.
The participating experts and scholars also made thematic reports on the establishment and consummation of TCM IPR protection system and the betterment of TCM IPR infringement remedy.
