SIPO issued white book on 2009 China IPR Protection

On April 29, the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) issued a white book on 2009 China IPR Protection, thoroughly introducing what China did and harvested in IPR protection in 2009.
The white book expatiated China's IPR protection in 2009 from 8 aspects, i.e. the progress in IPR legislation work, the breakthrough in IPR examination and approval and recordation, the new phase of administrative IPR enforcement, the new era of IPR judicial protection, the achievements of IPR enforcement system and mechanism, the new level of IPR publicity work, the new outlook of IPR training work and the latest development of IPR-related cooperation and exchanges across borders.
