On April 15 2010, 12330, which was the IP report and complaint hotline for the exhibitors of Shanghai Expo undertaken by Shanghai IP Aid Center was officially opened. As of May 14, 2010, 12330 totally heard 106 calls and received 1 visitor. According to the calls and visitors, the Expo related calls were 34, accounted for 32% of the amount; the calls for IP consultation were 59, accounted for 56% of the amount; the reports and complaints belong to the range of acceptance of 12330 were 11, accounted for 10% of the amount. And the reports and complaints accepted by 12330 were all transferred to related departments with IP administrative law enforcement, and the illegal stalls selling pirated discs, fake bags, fake Haibao and Expo's symbols have been banned by the law enforcement departments, and related information has been feed back to the complainants.
