One-week Experiencing Activities for Patent Applications through E-system

The Chinese authority will hold experiencing activities for patent applications through the e-system from 16th to 20th August. If the applications meet all the requirements, SIPO will speed up the review process for all the patent applications submitted during the period. The theme of the week-long activities is ‘ E-application—Choice of the E-age’. Patent agencies interested in the activities should first get registered( for more information please visit www.cponline.gov.cn or call on 010-62088050) . Each agency can submit a maximum of 5 real applications in XML format during the period. Agencies or applicants should complete all the procedure or deal with relevant matters as required in the notice.
