China successfully launches No.10 remote sensing satellite

At 6:49 on the 12nd August, "the No.10 remote sensing satellite" was successfully sended into the orbit by the "long march No.4 C" carrier rocket in China Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center. The "long march No.4 C" carrier rocket "and the No.10 Remote Sensing Satellite " are all researched and developed by Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology affiliated to China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. Satellite is mainly used for scientific experiments; land resources surveying, crop yield assessment and disaster prevention which will play an active role in the development of China's national economy.
