After 3-odd years’ efforts, General Protecht Group Inc.(中国通领科技集团) won its lawsuit against ITC through judicial litigation. This is the first time that a Chinese company achieves a complete victory over an American government organization in a lawsuit.GFCI manufactured by General Protecht Group Inc. began to be sold to US since January, 2004 but encounter fierce resistance from its counterparts in America. It was involved in four IP lawsuits in six years. The company took active steps to handle these cases and maintain its own rights in spite of the previous unfavorable decision by ITC.

　　Chen Wusheng, director of the company said that Chinese government needs to formulate anti-restriction mechanisms and measures to combat international trade protectionism, restrain vicious litigations against Chinese enterprises and provide legal support for national industry.
