China Holds Trademark Law and Judicial Practice Summit

2010 Chinese Trademark Law and Judicial Practice Summit was held in Beijing from 10-11th of September. Kong Xiangjun, Presiding Judge of IP Court of SPP said that the people’s courts should take into consideration the historic factors in trying cases of trademark right disputes with complicated historic factors.

　　The Summit was divided into 6 parts, which included development tendency of Chinese trademark law, judicial protection and practice concerning famous trademarks, judicial protection concerning trademark infringement on the internet, judicial practical and application to combat counterfeit and others.
