Six Departments Join to Speed up Impawn Financing for Chinese Intellectual Property Rights

Notice to Support the Development of SMEs by Strengthening Impawn Financing of Chinese Intellectual Property Rights an Evaluation Management has been jointly issued by six departments including the MOF, the Ministry for Industry and Information Technology and others (‘the Notice’). The Notice requires departments concerned to guide and support commercial banks to develop various forms of impawn financing services for intellectual property rights .

　　‘the Notice will revitalize the intangible assets of SMEs and alleviate their financing problems’, said Liu Ying, secretary general of Zhongguancun Enterprises Credit Society.
