Seminar on Applications of Law Concerning Internet Copyrights Held in Tianjin

Seminar on Applications of Law Concerning Internet copyrights was held in Beijing. Xi Xiaoming, Vice President of the SPC pointed out that the SPC has always attached great importance to the trial of internet copyrights cases and the formulation of judicial interpretations. Regarding the existing issues in the applications of laws concerning internet copyright disputes, the SPC intends to issue relevant judicial interpretations to promote the healthy development of the internet.

　　The seminar included discussions on various issues such as the definition of information network broadcasting and determination of internet services providing actions of infringements etc.
