All enterprises engaged in internet distribution of publications, which include books, papers, magazines, audio and video products, should first obtain License to Deal in Publications and License to Deal in Audio and Video Products before 30th September. Earlier, GAPP issued the Notice on Facilitating the Healthy Development of Publication Distribution on the Internet ( ‘the Notice” Opinion Soliciting Draft), which is considered a follow-up to the action in last December to combat piracy of publications on the internet.
