Tian Lipu, director general of SIPO, voiced his opinions on the international affairs of Chinese intellectual property rights at the 2nd ministerial meeting of the WIPO held in Geneva on 20th September.Mr. Tian said that first of all, we should try to realize the balanced development of intellectual property policies with a broadened view on innovation; secondly, we should try to deal with intellectual property protection with a more comprehensive view and common understanding; thirdly, we should conduct cooperation with a more open attitude to overcome challenges and realize a win-win situation; the fourth, we should be more tolerant of each other’s difference and promote common development. Besides, he introduced China’s experience in facilitating innovation and improvement of Chinese intellectual property policies.The annual meeting of WIPO will be held from 20th to 29th　September, with 184 members attending the meeting.
