Apple sue Motorola for six patent infringements

2010/11/11

Apple sued Motorola, claiming that a variety of Motorola mobile phone products including Droid infringe six patents owned by Apple.

In September of this year, Motorola sued Apple for violating 18 patents of Motorola in antenna design and other fields. There is no doubt that the two giants have already started "comic patent war" for mobile phone patents. An insider said: "patent war is one of ways to beat rivals. Both of them want to curb the rival’s development with patent."
