An agreement on collaborative construction was signed by the Third Civil Division of Kunshan People's Court, Zhangpu N-dimensional Space Industry Park Administration Committee and Zhouzhuang Creative Industry Park Administration Committee in Zhangpu N-dimensional Space Industry Park on May 26. An IPR protection workstation targeting to promote IPR judicial protection on characterized industries was accordingly established.

The contracting parties agreed to establish a dispute settlement mechanism, including regularly dispatching exports to deal with letters and visits; to carry out judge interviewing mechanism to help industry park to strengthen IP creation, utilization, administration; to induct trial observing mechanism to bring into play the demonstrating role of IPR criminal justice; and to seek cooperative research mechanism to analyze new problems arising from animation industry and cultural creative industry.
