On May 27, Chaoyang Municipal Intellectual Property Office and Beipiao Municipal Science and Technology Bureau jointly convened a meeting on promoting IP strategies in local enterprises, participated by chiefs and technicians from six leading enterprises in the two cities.

At the meeting, the two authorities required the enterprises to promote indigenous innovations, to enhance the capacity in IP management and to increase the consciousness of their employees on IP protection, while  representatives from the six enterprises vowed to facilitate indigenous creations and to effectively implement their intellectual property rights to strengthen their core competitiveness. 

From now on, enterprises in the cities will attach great importance to the stimulation in innovations, the effective implementation of IP strategies and stronger IP protection and management, aiming to increase their capacity in innovations and core competitiveness.
