Tianjin No. 2 Intermediate People's Court concluded 44 IP cases

It was reported in Tianjin No. 2 Intermediate People's Court that the Court had concluded 44 IP cases from January to May this year, up 10% over the same period last year. The increasing cases tended to be more complicated, involving many domestic and foreign well-known brands.

The concluded cases comprised 11 trademark-related cases and 33 patent-related and other IP disputes.

With the increasing of right holders' rights-safeguarding awareness, it requests great efforts of judicial officers to make objective and fair decisions. It also sets higher requirements for judicial officers to grasp more knowledge of laws and patented technology.
