Microsoft prevails in court

2012/08/22

A court in Shenzhen recently ruled that Shenzhen Champion Connection Co Ltd should cease copyright infringement on Microsoft software and pay the US company 1.15 million yuan for damages. 

Microsoft filed suit against the Chinese company last December, alleging it infringed on its copyrights for many types of software including the Windows operating system, Office and Visual Studio.
