Shaanxi held symposium on enterprise IPR protection

Recently, the Forum on Shaanxi Enterprise IPR Protection was held in Xi’an Hi-tech Zone. Director of Shaanxi Provincial Intellectual Property Office Lu Pengqi attended and delivered the forum. Officials took part in it from relevant divisions inclusive of Shaanxi Provincial IPO, Xi’an Municipal IPO, the Development, Reform and Commerce Bureau of the Hi-tech Zone and the IPR Office of Xi’an Hi-tech Zone.

At the forum, experts lectured on oversea patent application tactics of enterprises, coping strategies to patent invalidity and skills for patent litigation.

The forum was hosted by Shaanxi Provincial IPO and undertaken by Xi’an Municipal IPO, Xi’an Hi-tech Zone Management Committee and Beijing Kangxin IPR Agency Co., Ltd.. The theme of the forum was IPR Protection Practice, targeting at create a chance for enterprises to learn and exchange IPR protection ideas and methods.

100 or so principals participated in the forum, including persons in charge of IPR management and other staff in IPR administrations, enterprises, public institutions, scientific agencies.
