Singapore: Copyright holders could apply for forcing out the tort websites

In the future, it probably will be more difficult for the netizens to browse the tort websites, because the copyright holders will have the right to apply for a permanent injunction to disconnect the link with the website. In this case, the users cannot browse the relevant infringing websites. The Ministry of Law of Singapore intends to modify the copyright ordinance, so that the copyright holders could apply for an injunction without filing a lawsuit against the Internet service provider.
