The tribunal of Shanghai free trade zone concluded the first trademark case

Recently, the free trade zone tribunal in Shanghai Pudong New Area People’s Court made a verdict in the first instance of the trademark infringement case of LG Electronics v. Java Electronics Co., Ltd. (Java Company) that Java Company should immediately stop producing the infringing products plus compensation of 109,770 yuan. It was the first trademark case tried in the tribunal of Shanghai free trade zone.
