“Quasi-securitization model” of film and TV copyright established, movies can be sold as stocks

On the morning of May 18th, as 11 senior film producers signed with Tiande Culture Property Rights Exchange Co., Ltd, the first “quasi-securitization model” of culture copyright was established in Shenzhen with expected output of about 130 million yuan. The investment and financing service platform will evaluate movies, television programs, documentaries and music works through authoritative evaluation system and make securitized division. Investors can invest a movie or a TV drama and transfer or buy “shares” at any time just like they buy stocks.
