A trademark dispute lasting five years has finally “been settled.” Recently, Chongqing Cygnet has regained its own high-end brand ---“Hong Ding.” It is understood that because Cygnet did not timely register its “Hong Ding” trademark when opening its business and its neighbor stole the trademark.
