Establishment of IP Court: Enthusiasm from Local Area but Hierarchy Pending

IP Court will be another new special court after Military Court, Maritime Court and Court for Rail Transportation soon. The third session of the central comprehensive deepening reform leadership team was convened on June 6th, which reviewed and approved The Plan on the Establishment of Intellectual Property Court. IP Court is established to unify the judgment results of IPR cases from all parts of the country. IP court is ready as enthusiasm of local areas is triggered. Not long ago, Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing and Guangdong etc. expressly announced that they would take the initiative to establish IP Court nationwide.
