Judgment to Mona Lisa trademark dispute made in Guangzhou Intermediate People’s Court

2014/07/24

First-instance judgment to “Mona Lisa” series trademark dispute has been made in Guangzhou Intermediate People’s Court: Wanxing Ceramics Industrial Co., Ltd. in Chaoan County of Guangdong and Li Yunfeng should immediately stop using and infringing the plaintiff’s registered trademark right, and respectively compensate Guangdong Mona Lisa New Materials Group Limited 250,000 yuan and 20,000 yuan.
