Netac Technology v. Jingtian Electronics on Patent Infringement, Claiming for50 Million Yuan

Netac Technology Co Ltd (Netac Technology), a leading flash drives manufacturer, filed a lawsuit against Jingtian Electronics Co.,Ltd (Jingtian Electronics) after discovering the latter corporation manufacturing, using, selling and offering to sell its products such as the USB Flash Disk without any authorization. Netac claims that those products are within the protection scope of its patent “Electronic flash storage method and device for data processing system.” Therefore,  Netac Technology On July 24th submitted a civil complaint to the Shenzhen Municipal Intermediate People’s Court against Jingtian Electronics for invention patent infringement, and required the court to order Jingtian Electronics compensate  50 million yuan for its economic losses.
