Feng Fei, vice-governor of Zhejiang Province, presided over the Symposium of Construction of a Province with Powerful IPR. Meng Gang, deputy secretry-general of Zhejiang Provincial Government, Zhou Guohui, director of Zhejiang Intellectual Property Office, and Hong Qingji, deputy director of Zhejiang Intellectual Property Office, attended the symposium.
Feng stressed that accelerating the construction of a province with powerful IPR meant sticking to the problem and effect-oriented directions and conforming to policies by the Central Government concerning IPR reforms to implement the IPR power strategy. Zhou introduced the developments of IPR work in Zhejiang.
