Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration organized the 2017 Seminar for Patent Information Talents. Some 40 patent information talents attended the seminar. The seminar invited related experts to deliver reports entitled Patent Database Utilization and Search Strategies as well as Patent Information’s Application in Innovation. The reports aimed to introduce the IPR assessment technology rules, primary construction schedule about Shanghai Intellectual Property Information Platform and American patent information annual conference reports. Moreover, the Opinion on Accelerating the Development of Shanghai Intellectual Property Service Industries was explained on site.
