Everyday Seasoning Is Sentenced to Have Infringed Haitian's Trademark

The Intermediate People’s Court of Foshan issued a verdict for the second trial of Foshan Haitian Flavoring & Food Co., Ltd. (Haitian) v. Jiangsu Yealeke Food Co., Ltd. (Yealeke), and Hohhot Everyday Food Co., Ltd. (Everyday) trademark infringement as well as unfair competition. The two defendants’ appeal was rejected, and the original judgment was affirmed. The two defendants should immediately stop the infringement of Haitian’s relevant registered trademark, and stop manufacturing or selling unauthorized products with “Haitian soy sauce” special decoration. Everyday should immediately stop using the character “Everyday” in its company name and compensate Haitian 1 million Yuan.
